Our “Why”
We’re not just a family owned business, we’re homeowners, too. We know that an honest, skilled, and reliable contractor is something everyone needs sometimes. Regardless of what you do in life, it’s important to know your “why.” For us, it’s always been about family. We fell in love with renovating when we began fixing up our first home. With Olivia bringing inspiration and details to the design table, and Jon providing the know how and practical skills, we became a dynamic duo working together to turn our little old farmhouse house into a home.
When we moved into our new house over two years ago, we knew we wanted to do some serious updates to make it into the perfect space to raise our growing family. As our list of projects grew, so did our passion for renovation. We found such joy in breathing new life into our home, one project at a time. From moved walls, to brand new bathrooms, Jon made our vision a reality.
Through all our renovation experiences, we have come to appreciate how even the smallest projects like changing a light fixture transformed a room. That’s why we do it all: from updates and renovations to small repairs and simple fixes… anything it takes to make your house feel a little more like home.
Meet the Team
Jon Beaman
Owner
Jon’s passion for remodeling started when he began renovating his first home. He has gained many abilities over the years through the wide variety of projects he has completed. His areas of expertise include bathroom remodeling, tile work and flooring, kitchen renovation, carpentry, and more. Jon is adept at acquiring and honing new skills, which has served him well as he continues to widen his scope of abilities in home construction, renovation, and repair.
Mitchell Wirts
Project Manager
Mitchell has been with Beaman Home Improvement from the beginning. He performs several different roles on our job sites, including lead man, quality control and trainer. Mitchell’s experience combined with his drive and attention to detail align with our commitment to providing high quality workmanship. He has experience working on a wide range of work sites and is an extremely valuable asset to our team!
Antonio Garcia
On the job
Antonio works on our job sites performing various tasks to help get the job done. With his support and hard work, we’re able to maintain efficiency and quality workmanship. We’re happy to have him on board!
Olivia Beaman
Service Coordinator, Social Media
In addition to homeschooling their two kids, Olivia also serves as the service coordinator for the business. In her spare time, Olivia enjoys creating digital art, refinishing furniture, and working on DIY projects.
